Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of the WispNova platform. By accessing or using our services, you accept these terms in their entirety.

1. Definitions

  • "WispNova" or "the Platform": the ISP management software provided by WispNova.
  • "Client" or "You": the person or entity contracting WispNova services.
  • "Subscriber": the end users of internet service that the Client manages through WispNova.
  • "Tenant": the isolated space assigned to each Client within the multi-tenant platform.

2. Service description

WispNova is a comprehensive SaaS management platform for internet service providers (ISPs). The service includes network management, billing, CRM, communications, and operations modules, according to the contracted plan.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any functionality with 30 days prior notice.

3. Registration and account

To use WispNova you must:

  • Provide truthful and current information during registration.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your access credentials.
  • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to contract.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Plans and payments

  • Prices are published on our pricing page and may change with 30 days prior notice.
  • Billing is monthly or annual according to the selected plan.
  • Payments are processed through authorized providers (PayPal, Yappy, PagueloFacil, bank transfer).
  • Non-payment for more than 15 days may result in temporary service suspension.
  • No refunds are given for partial periods, except within the first 14 days (trial period).

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized activities.
  • Attempt to access other tenants' data or breach data isolation.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
  • Intentionally overload servers or infrastructure.
  • Resell platform access without authorization (except white-label plans).
  • Store or transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code.

6. Intellectual property

WispNova and all its content, functionality, and technology are owned by WispNova. The subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform under these terms.

The data you enter into the platform (subscribers, billing, network configuration) is and remains your property.

7. SLA and availability

  • Pro and Enterprise plans: we guarantee a 99.9% monthly uptime SLA.
  • Planned downtime for maintenance will be notified at least 48 hours in advance.
  • In case of SLA breach, credits will be applied as established in the specific service level agreement for your plan.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • WispNova shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client in the 12 months prior to the event.
  • We are not responsible for interruptions caused by factors beyond our control (force majeure, infrastructure provider failures, etc.).

9. Cancellation

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
  • Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • After cancellation, you will have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any disputes shall be resolved before the competent courts of Panama City.
